Jo Reddy is a Barrister and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Hong Kong, and has been lecturing to students in the UK and overseas in contract and commercial laws since 1985.
Howard Johnson is a former Deputy Head of Bangor Law School and is currently a Professional Tutor at Cardiff Law School.

Not American Commercial Law

Based on the description provided at the time of purchase, it was not apparent that this book does not deal with US Commercial Law. Rather it deals with English common law, a bit of Hong Kong common law, and international commercial law (CISG).
That being said, the book was essentially useless for me as a supplement since I was an American law student studying for a domestic commercial law exam.
Substantively, the book is not very comprehensive and serves more as a general review or brush-up.
It covers:
Description and quality
Passing of Property and Risk
Nemo Dat Quod Non Habet
Making and Cancelling a Credit Agreement
Default and Termination of Credit Agreements
Connected Lender Liability
General Principles of Agency
Relationship with 3rd Parties
FOB Contracts
Cif Contracts
Also, one small gripe: 20% of the text in this book is pink to highlight key concepts or words. The pink color is not easy on the eyes.
Commercial law supplements that I found useful for my commercial law exam were: Negotiable Instruments E&E, Secured Transactions E&E, and the Contracts E&E.
